Instructions

1. Beat butter on medium speed on a mixer for 1 minute.
2. Add the eggs and the dry cake mix
3. Beat for another 1 minute
4. Stir in sprinkles if necessary
5. Using a piping bag, or a dessert spoon, place cookie dough on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 8-9 minutes, until just starting to brown on the edges.
7. Allow to cool on a wire rack for about 1 hour.
8. Pipe frosting on one cookie, and top with another cookie.
