Apple crumble made easy!
This recipe is perfect when you want some quick, easy, but totally homestyle. It’s a bit of a cheat, with the cans of apple, but hey, this crumble sure makes up for it. Pair is with some yummy french vanilla ice cream, and you have the best fall dessert ever.

Ingredients
Apple Filling
- 2 large cans apple pie filling (28oz/ 800g each)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Crumble
- 90 grams (6 tbs) melted butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups flour
Instructions
Filling
- Place apples and cinnamon in a large baking dish, and combine.
Crumble
- Place the butter, sugars, cinnamon and salt in a bowl, and mix.
- Stir in the flour, then blend with your fingertips until incorporated. Sprinkle crumbs over the cake.
- Bake at 350°F/ 175°C until top is golden brown, about 25min.
- Cool in pan on a rack 10 minutes, then serve with ice cream.
