I made these for Hunter’s birthday, as her final class cupcakes. That’s right, off to high school next year, which means I’m probably not going to be allowed to drop off cake for her to share. Another milestone, another teary day for mum.

Materials
Chocolate cupcakes
Sweet Buttercream with vanilla added
– Dark green – equal parts Americolor Forest Green and Leaf Green
– Bright Green – equal parts Americolor Leaf Green, Mint Green and Forest Green
– Avocado Green – 5 parts Americolor Avocado and 1 part Mint Green
– Eucalyptus Green – 3 parts Americolor Avocado and 1 part Sky Blue
– Yellow using Americolor Egg Yellow and Lemon Yellow
– Eggplant – equal parts Americolor Regal Purple and Maroon
– Dusty Tuna – Americolor Maroon
– Pink – 3 parts Americolor Deep Pink and 1 part Maroon
– White – no color added

• Parchment paper squares
• Cookies
• Rolling pin and Ziplock bag
• Food processor

NOTE: I used 100g of buttercream and 20g cookies for every 6 cupcakes.
